About Zsavon “Z” Monique

On her personal journey — facing the loss of her job, impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, her mother’s two cancer diagnoses, and the civil unrest of her people, administrative and logistics professional Zsavon Monique, made the decision to surrender to the uncertainties of life and internalize the power of the “flow.” She founded FLO Z in July 2020.

With over 15 years of executive, administrative, and logistics experience and the recognition of increased demand for black-owned businesses, as a symbol of social justice for the Black community, Zsavon put out a call to action — not only for the businesses that needed support but for herself: To flo(w) in the gifts that we are given. As she flows forward, she helps her clients to do the same.
